The Hotel Pfeiferhof is located on a sunny hillside outside the village centre of Maranza. Since the hotel began operations in 1984, several renovation and reconstruction measures were implemented. Today, the South Tyrolean hotel welcomes you with 14 neat and comfortably furnished guest rooms that are a cosy retreats and a comfortable accommodation during your holiday in South Tyrol. Each holiday accommodation in the hotel is equipped with a private bathroom, shower, toilet and sink. Lots of wood creates a cosy comfort atmosphere. In each room you will find a TV with satellite connection. The guest rooms have a balcony, which offers a fantastic view over the alpine plateau with its green meadows and rugged mountain peaks.

The guest rooms at the Hotel Pfeiferhof can be booked with breakfast or half board treatment. When booking the half-board, the owner of the house himself will pamper you with culinary delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine. He is a trained chef and prepared passionate creations for the house guests. As a hotel guest you can use the spa area of the hotel. It is equipped with three different types of sauna, a light therapy and a colour therapy in an anatomical lounger area. Outside, in sunny weather the lawn and sun terrace invite you to linger. Throughout the house, a wireless internet connection is available and parking spaces are located in front of the hotel.

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest will be issued the South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter Guest Pass), which, according to the resolution of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government no. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay – from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.

Arrival and departure conditions
Arrival: We expect you to arrive from 2 p.m. If you are late after 6 p.m., we would be pleased to hear from you.
Departure: On the day of departure, the rooms should be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest. Other times are available on request.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the ZGB.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 of the Swiss Civil Code: The reservation can be canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date at the latest without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. If the guest cancels between 29 days before the agreed arrival date and the arrival day itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date at the latest: 50% of the agreed total price Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price. If the guest does not show up (“no show”) or leaves early, the full fee for the entire booking period is due.
